About Endospheres Therapy
Endospheres is not a standard massage roller. The handpiece uses a patented system of soft spheres that rotate and vibrate simultaneously, creating what the manufacturer calls Compressive Microvibration. That combination is what allows the treatment to work on multiple levels at once — circulation, lymphatic flow, tissue mobility and skin tone.
Body sessions suit heaviness, temporary puffiness, tissue tension and skin that looks smoother after treatment. Facial sessions use a separate, lighter protocol for the more delicate tissue of the face and décolleté.
It is a massage and body-care treatment — not a weight-loss procedure, not permanent fat removal. Clients who understand that distinction get the most from it.

What to Expect
Your specialist confirms the area, duration and preferred intensity before the session starts. The handpiece moves across the skin in a firm, rhythmic rolling motion. Pressure and speed are adjusted as the treatment progresses — you can ask for a change at any point.
Body sessions run 60 or 90 minutes. Face sessions run 30 or 60 minutes. Which one suits you depends on the area and how much time you want to give it.
The sensation is closer to a deep mechanical massage than anything clinical. Most clients find it satisfying rather than uncomfortable.

Results & Recovery
After a session, the treated area tends to feel lighter, less tense and more mobile. The skin can look temporarily smoother and more even. Many clients value the release as much as the visible change — the two go together.
Mild redness or tenderness can appear after deeper work and settles on its own. Changes linked to fluid movement and compression are temporary by nature. A course of 6–12 sessions, two to three times per week, is the standard protocol for visible and lasting results, with maintenance sessions monthly afterward.
Individual responses vary, as with any hands-on treatment.

Endospheres Therapy Before & After
Before and after photos show temporary shifts in surface smoothness and body appearance — most useful when the same posture, lighting and conditions are used for both.
Because hydration, fluid distribution and even how you stand change how the body looks on any given day, results are read alongside how the tissue actually feels and how many sessions you have completed. We can show you comparable cases during your visit.

Safety & Suitability
Endospheres is gentle, non-invasive and suits most clients. Pressure is matched to your comfort and tissue condition, and relevant health information is reviewed before a course begins.
If you have suspected thrombosis, acute inflammation or infection, significant vascular disease, recent surgery, or another condition where strong pressure may be unsuitable, let your specialist know in advance so the plan can be adjusted. Persistent or unexplained swelling should be assessed by a medical professional first.
If anything on the day suggests waiting, we will adjust the plan rather than push through it.

Questions About Endospheres Therapy
How does it feel?
You feel rhythmic rolling and compression across the selected area. Intensity is adjustable, so the treatment should feel firm and effective without being uncomfortable. Most clients find it satisfying rather than painful.
Can it help with swelling?
In suitable clients, the compressive microvibration can temporarily support fluid movement and ease the feeling of puffiness or heaviness. Endospheres is not a medical treatment for persistent or unexplained swelling — if it continues or has no clear cause, seek medical advice first.
How many sessions should I book?
There is no fixed number that suits everyone. A standard course runs 6–12 sessions depending on your starting condition, with two to three visits per week. Some clients start with one session to see how they respond, then discuss a course. Courses offer the better rate.
Can the face be treated?
Yes. Facial sessions use a different, lighter approach than body work and are available for 30 or 60 minutes. The protocol is adapted to the more delicate tissue of the face and décolleté.
How long do results last?
Changes in surface smoothness or the feeling of lightness are temporary and vary by person, treatment area and other individual factors. Maintenance sessions — typically two per month — help sustain the result.
What is the difference between Endospheres and LPG or Endermologie?
Both use mechanical action, but the technology differs. Endospheres uses compressive microvibration with rotating spheres, while LPG and Endermologie rely on motorized rollers, often with suction. Endospheres tends to offer a stronger immediate draining effect thanks to the rhythmic microvibration. The right choice depends on your goal and your tissue.
