About Cryolipolysis 360°

Cryolipolysis, also known as fat freezing, uses controlled cooling to target a defined layer of subcutaneous fat without surgery. Fat cells are more sensitive to cold than surrounding tissue; after treatment, damaged cells are gradually cleared and the treated fat layer become thinner.

The treatment is designed for localised fat deposits, not general weight loss. It may be considered for areas such as the abdomen, flanks, back and other zones that can be safely treated with the available applicator

What to Expect

The appointment begins with an assessment of the treatment area to determine applicator placement and how many applicators may be required.

A protective layer is placed over the skin before the applicator is positioned. Depending on the system used, suction may draw the tissue into the applicator while controlled cooling is delivered.

At the beginning of the cycle you may feel cold, pulling or pressure. These sensations reduce as the area becomes numb. After treatment, the applicator is removed and the area may be massaged according to the device protocol.

Results & Recovery

People can return to normal daily activities shortly after cryolipolysis.

Body-contouring changes appear gradually rather than immediately. The treated area may continue to change over the following weeks and months as affected fat cells are cleared.

One session may be sufficient for some treatment goals, while other areas may require additional cycles or appointments depending on the amount of tissue and desired contour.

Cryolipolysis does not prevent future weight gain. Remaining fat cells can still enlarge, so maintaining a relatively stable weight helps preserve the contour.

Safety & Suitability

Cryolipolysis is suitable only when the fat deposit can be treated safely with the available applicator.

Before the session, we assess the treatment area and discuss relevant health information. Certain cold-related medical conditions, impaired sensation, a hernia in or near the treatment zone and other health factors can make the procedure unsuitable.

Temporary redness, bruising, numbness or tenderness may occur.

Rare complications are also possible, including paradoxical adipose hyperplasia, where fatty tissue in the treated area increases instead of decreasing.

Questions About Cryolipolysis 360°

Which areas can be treated?
Cryolipolysis is suitable for selected localised fat deposits that can be safely captured by the applicator. Common areas include the abdomen, waist, flanks and back.

Is Cryolipolysis suitable if I am already slim?
It can be. The treatment is intended for localised fat rather than overall weight reduction, so suitability depends more on the treatment area than on body weight alone.

How many applicators will I need?
A small isolated area may require one applicator, while larger or symmetrical areas may require several. The number is determined by the shape and size of the zone being treated.

Does fat freezing hurt?
The first few minutes can feel intensely cold and may involve pressure or pulling. The area generally becomes numb as cooling continues.

How many treatments will I need?
This depends on the amount of tissue and the contour you want to achieve. Some areas may be treated in one session; others may benefit from additional treatment.

Can I exercise after the procedure?
Most people can return to their normal routine shortly afterwards. Any temporary tenderness or numbness should be taken into account when planning physical activity.

How long can the result last?
The treated fat cells that are cleared do not simply refill, but remaining fat cells can still increase in size if body weight rises. Maintaining a stable weight helps preserve the contour.
