This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. The GentleMax Pro brings two wavelengths into one system:
Alexandrite 755 nm — typically chosen for lighter skin types
Nd:YAG 1064 nm — designed for darker skin types, where more pigment is present

Waxing, plucking and epilating should be avoided, because the follicle needs to stay in place for the laser to target it
